implementation process, Media Owners are able to generate new incremental

effective ad campaigns.

Technology Implementation Manager

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the
Technology Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading a small,
highly skilled technical team and managing the end to end delivery of
implementing new media owners into our publisher network. This will involve
overall project management and co-ordination of operational, commercial and
technical people both internally and with the media owner. Post implementation
the role also includes the continuous technical management and support of media
owners and the chosen individual will be responsible for ensuring outstanding
levels of customer service are provided to our valuable clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility and
accountability for managing the implementation of InSkin ad delivery technology
with media owners

• Project Manage the implementation
process for a new media owner from initial implementation call through to
launching of first ad campaign in a live environment

• Design and establish effective
processes and develop procedure manuals to ensure efficiency and quality
control

• Effectively co-ordinate the efforts
of a number of internal team members including technical architect, support
executive, campaign managers and commercial managers

• Understand each individual media
owner’s unique business requirements and recommend a tailored InSkin
implementation that most effectively meets their commercial, editorial and
existing infrastructure needs

• Manage multiple simultaneous
implementations in multiple countries and use best judgement and co-ordination
with the commercial team to prioritise effectively and expedite where required

• Identify and manage the speedy
resolution of technical issues through the co-ordination of the technical team

• Generate formal incident reports for
all known issues and adhere to an ethos of driving continuous improvement

• As the company grows, develop and
train a team of dedicated technical account managers

• Support the product development and
roll out of new ad formats to existing clients
