For those start-ups
who are looking to build a development team, don’t want to pay London
prices and aren’t so keen on working with developers in exotic locations…

…we have about 700sqft of office space going spare at our Manchester
offices that would be ripe for a few small development teams

Now before
someone asks “where’s Manchester?” let me highlight a few
points:

Innovative
start-ups creating jobs in the NW could well be eligible for grants (60% of
project costs) from the regional development agency

-         
There
is a lot of development/creative/tech talent up here willing to work on either
fixed or flexible terms

-         
These
guys are not as expensive, but probably just as good as you Southerners

-         
Trains
to Manchester run from Euston every 20 mins and take about 2 hrs (some with
wifi)

-         
Our
space costs will make you fall of your chair

-         
We’re
happy to help with recruitment and set-up

… and if there is enough bite we’ll even install a
lovely new 42” screen and video conferencing system to make working
remotely even easier.

This definitely won’t be good for everyone – but if you
