Skype for Business

Credit Suisse use it (in Singapore) or at least they use some form of
VoIP. I've used it in a small company (30 people) split between
Mumbai/London. Call quality can drop if insufficient bandwidth is
allocated for each call. This becomes obvious at busy times. Search
for 'voip bandwidth' for details.
