One of our clients would like to sell her business.

( A temp and placement agency for the dental industry with 35% UK market

share)

It has high margins and has been profitable for 5+ years.

An ideal candidate for a related agency wanting to buy into the sector,

And/or a supplier of related services to dental practices.
Its not a tech business in any respect - but I'd like advice on how to

approach/find buyers without making the competition aware - or if there are

quality services ( govt or private ) available to assist the sale.
Other than via lawyers, accountants, bank relationships, anyone recommend a

good business broker ?
