Hard target driven sales people! I've spoken to fellow Recruitment

consultants who go through tremendous pressure each day to achieve

targets, meet KPIs, etc. They are expected to make X number of cold

calls while their managers are standin on their head waiting to fire

them if they don't bring in money. The approach adopted ain't worth it.

In the process these money greedy Rec guys end up upsetting anyone

that comes in their way with little care in their hearts for a

candidate's career! And clients are pestered till death to use their

services.
There better and efficient ways of doing a business.
