We’re in Fitzrovia near warren street and pay around £60 per square foot, though it’s very possible to negotiate with the landlords. Good location for a creative business, but I’m not sure about a mail order one. If you’re interested let me know and I’ll pass you the relevant contact details.



I also hear that there’s a lot of good space around this area at the moment from other companies I know, so it may be worth doing a bit of homework. If it’d help I can ask around and get you some leads.
