Our guest speaker, Patrick Dunne, is the Group Communications Director

at 3i and the author of several books on managing conflicts and

difficult communicational issues in business.  His books include

"Running Board Meetings: How to Get the Most from Them", the

"Non-Executive Director's Handbook" and most notably "Directors'

Dilemmas" which has become a classic on resolving boardroom disharmony

in fast growth businesses.
Patrick is a member of the General Council of Warwick University and a

regular guest host on CNBC Europe's Squawkbox.  As Chairman of LEAP

Confronting Conflict, the UK's leading charity in the field of youth

and violence, he also has some interesting views on dealing with

conflict in other aspects of life.
Patrick tends to adopt a participative approach to his talks, using

real life examples and role play.
