Yes,
in using any template document I would assess the risk of only using the
template (which may include taking professional independent legal advice) and
then if necessary use the template to develop a draft which I’d then take
to a professional independent legal advisor. It should be cheaper to get
someone to check on something you’ve already drafted, than create it from
scratch. They haven’t got to spend so much time working out what you
want.
