Hi everyone,

We're bootstrapping a start up in the online ad space, myself and a co founder have put in a couple thousand pounds towards the development so far and have some friends and families interested in helping us out with some funding.
We'd like to set up a convertible loan that converts to equity at a discount depending on further investment, but all the documentation around this is pretty long winded.
Does anyone have a simple template for a convertible loan document?
