This might be something I could do for you.
I am Alistair Kelman - barrister and internet expert. You can look me
up on LinkedIn
http://www.linked...
Until June of last year I was Head of Content at The Epoq Group
(www.epoq.co.uk) and I have extensive experience and lots of
precedents for website terms etc and all the legal issues involved in
IT startups.
I am London based and am easily contactable by e-mail (save for today
when I am locked away in a meeting). I am very flexible as to charges
- as we all have to be at the present time.
regards
Alistair Kelman
