I know mark engelman, a top IP barrister in london ( Intellectual Property) who wrote the handbook on IP 2 years ago, and recently beat Intel in the courts,  the only time Intel lost an IP action

He is very sought-after, but maybe you need something more simple?

Can anyone recommend a good lawyer for a startup that understands and preferably has experience in IT, mainly writing and protecting sites with terms and conditions as well as privacy (not that my sites do anything wrong – I just want to be covered properly).
