Personally
I’d suggest creating an AWS European instance. They are absolutely pretty solid,
very flexible and very cheap for the small instance. Can recommend a good chap
to help you with the config, etc.

Hi there,
I’m looking for a fast, cheap, no-frills, UK-based shared
hosting company to host a PHP / MySQL application.
We’re hands-on and can do most of the
installation/configuration/administration ourselves. We just need a quick,
shared, server because we don’t think we can afford dedicated hosting at the
moment.
