Not sure if this is the appropriate place for this but we are an existing start-up looking for a second drupal developer to help with the redevelopment of our website.
Preferably someone with experience of theming.
The work would not be full-time but rather on an 'as and when' or part-time basis, and although we need someone asap we are prepared to wait for the right individual.
