Developers – Ruby on Rails demo

Agile Ruby on Rails is a brilliant way to outsource web development and if you've never seen the power of Rails, this demo will be a treat. We've just started a project using Hobo, which takes it one step further, scaffolding the permissions system as well as many other rapid development extensions to Rails. I'm really sorry I won't be able to make this OpenCoffee.
Steve – if you want to expand your capacity, perhaps we could work together. Many of our clients are Rails developers with bigger ideas than they have time to code themselves. If you're good at selling agile Ruby on Rails, and we're good at delivering, then we might be a force multiplier for your cash flow.
Have fun at OpenCoffee this week.
Best regards,
Paul

Hilly's email made me think it might be a good idea to show off
some agile development with Ruby on Rails at one of the OCC meetings.

I'll be coming this thursday, if anyone is interested in seeing rails
I'll give a 10 or 15 minute demo developing a little app with prodding
from the crowd – I'll implement the things asked for (within reason).

I'm using rails for my venture, but can do some part time work to
help get projects started and help my cashflow, uh, flow.

Let me know if there are any takers for the demo and we'll find a
table at 11.
