Any suggestions for billing vendors?

Hi Mohammed

You haven't mentioned your technology stack. If Joomla based – there's a pretty good component plugin called AEC – which integrates with a variety of payment gateways – and handles all of your subscription requirements for you. Administration is via the standard Joomla Administration console – AEC subscription screens.
